Eve Central Bank Wrecks
Hi everyone.

Currently we have a bug in the game where wrecks are marked as belonging to the Eve Central Bank and you are prompted before taking items from the wrecks if you are sure about stealing from them. This is something we are working on fixing as soon as possible and we just wanted to inform you that taking items from these wrecks is completely safe.

Eve Central Bank is a NPC corporation, there are no mobile NPCs or players in the EVE Central Bank corporation, so you can take from these wrecks and salvage from them without fear of reprisal. The only problem here seems to be that players are not able to use tractor beams on the wrecks in question.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and we assure you that we will fix this shortly.
